With him, from left to right, are Secretary of Labor Francis Perkins, Secretary of War Henry Stimson, Secretary of Commerce Henry Wallace, War Production Board Administrator Julius Krug, Secretary of the Navy James Forrestal, Secretary of Agriculture Claude Wickard, Department Chairman of the War Manpower Commission Francis McNamee, Attorney General Francis Biddle, Secretary of the Treasury Henry Morgenthau, Secretary of State Edward Stettinius (mostly obscured by Truman), Harry S. Truman, Bess Truman, Secretary of the Interior Harold Ickes, Margaret Truman, Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court Harlan Stone, Speaker of the House Sam Rayburn, Office of War Mobilization and Reconversion Administrator Fred Vinson, and House Minority Leader Representative Joseph Martin, Jr. From the scrapbooks of Matt Connelly, Volume 1.
