Democratic National Chairman J. Howard McGrath Makes Announcement

Democratic National Chairman J. Howard McGrath (center) announces to White House reporters that President Harry S. Truman authorized Mr. McGrath to say that he will definitely be a candidate for re-election on the Democratic ticket.
