After his 4th Infantry Division won top praise in "Exercise Dragon Head" maneuvers in North Carolina, Major General Louis W. Truman (far right) returned to Fort Lewis, Washington, where he was greeted by (L-R) Brigadier General William O. Truman and Lieutenant General Sadegh Azizi, Iran Gendarmerie, salute an honor guard given to Azizi by the 2nd Brigade, 47th Infantry, during his visit to Fort Lewis, Washington.
