From left to right, Major General Louis W. Truman, Mrs. Adams, Brigadier General Robert H. Adams, Mrs. Blandford, Brigadier General William O. Blandford, Mrs. McLean, and Colonel John R. McLean, Executive Officer of the 4th Infantry Division Artillery, at a reception for Blandford and Adams. The reception was held to congratulate Blandford on his new position as Assistant 4th Infantry Division Commander, and Adams on his new position as Commanding General of the 4th Infantry Division Artillery.
