Harris and Ewing cameramen caught Secretary of Commerce Henry A. Wallace, in these photo studies of his moods, at the White House late this afternoon following his two and a half hour conference with President Harry S. Truman. Mr. Wallace promised the President not to make any public statements or speeches until after the Paris Conferences end. From: Beth Gore.
