Description

President Truman rehearses the foreign policy speech which was broadcast and telecast from his White House Oval Office on this day. In it, he called on Russia to join in a "foolproof" system of reducing the world's staggering burden of armaments - including the Atom Bomb. This is similar to 92-303-1 and 92-303-2.
