Taking time out from a whirlwind speaking tour, President Harry S. Truman blows out the candles on one of the many cakes presented to him on his 66th birthday. The President addressed 5,000 rain-soaked persons in Lincoln, Nebraska. The President spoke about his administration's farm program. Donor: John E. Boos.
