A cowboy lassos President Dwight D. Eisenhower at the Inaugural Parade. Also present are former President Herbert Hoover (seated behind Eisenhower), First Lady Mamie Eisenhower (standing next to chair on right), and Vice President Richard Nixon (standing, right). All others are unidentified.
