Truman (in raincoat at bottom of steps) being greeted by unidentified Army officers upon his arrival by train at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland, for an inspection of the facility. Standing behind Truman on the train is (left to right), Secretary of the Army Frank Pace, General J. Lawton Collins, and Averell Harriman. All others are unidentified.
