President Harry S. Truman (center) and unidentified dignitaries watching a flag procession on the steps of Lincoln Memorial. Truman is attending a wreath laying ceremony commemorating President Abraham Lincoln's birthday. The two military officers at the top of the stairs are Admiral Robert Dennison (left) and General Robert Landry (right). All others are unidentified.
