President Harry S. Truman standing on a step of the rear platform of the presidential train, speaking to a group of men, probably reporters. The President was en route to or from Bolivar, Missouri, where he dedicated a statue to Simon Bolivar with the President of Venezuela, Romulo Gallegos.
