President Harry S. Truman (right) receives the Golden Anniversary Civic Award of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in recognition of "Gratitude for his contributions to the welfare of our country and its citizens" at a White House ceremony. DeVere Watson, Grand Worthy Vice President of the Eagles (left), made the presentation.
