Former President Harry S. Truman and Dr. Philip C. Brooks give a tour of the Harry S. Truman Library to the Representatives of President Lyndon B. Johnson. From left to right: Truman Library Director Dr. Philip Brooks; General Marshall Carter, Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency; former President Truman; Elmer Staats, Deputy Director of the Budget Bureau; Charles Murphy, Under Secretary of Agriculture; and Michael Forrestal, member of the staff of National Security Council. They are in the main lobby of the Library.
