Former President Harry S. Truman (left) talks to Rabbi Samuel S. Mayerberg (right side, behind) and his assistant, Irving Levitas, (right side, front) in front of the Israeli display case of the Truman Library. Rabbi Mayerberg and Mr. Levitas are at the Library to move the scroll to a different passage of Scripture.
