Former First Lady Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt giving a speech at the dedication of the Harry S. Truman Library. Also seen in the pictured, but slightly obscured, is Herbert Hoover (front left in hat) and former President Harry S. Truman (left of Mr. Hoover). Seated behind Mrs. Roosevelt is Chief Justice Earl Warren.
