A group of soldiers march with massed colors of the forty-eight states in the Inaugural Parade. Among the flags: the District of Columbia, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Panama Canal Zone, and Maryland. Donor: Jerrold Gilbert.
