WAC Technician (T/5) Eleanor V. Spinola of Hilo, Hawaii, calculates the distance from Hilo, Hawaii to where she is located in the San Marco area of Italy. At the time of the photograph Spinola was assigned to the WAC 6669th Headquarters Platoon supporting the Fifth Army.
