Description
View of a formal military exchange ceremony in which time the United States Navy turned over two destroyers and six gunboats to the Italian Navy. The location of the event is the Italian port of Brindisi, just 70 miles from Soviet dominated Albania. Participants in the ceremony are in view as well as some of the naval boats involved in the transfer.
