Airplane interior view with United States Ambassador to Italy (1946-1952) James C. Dunn seated on the left. The man next to him is unidentified. Both men were part of a U.S. Congressional tour visiting flooded areas in the Po Valley region of Italy. The group was distributing aid and trying to determine what part Americans could play in helping the area.
