Airplane interior view with United States Ambassador to Italy (1946-1952) James C. Dunn seated in the center and viewing a map, surrounded by three other unidentified men. The men were part of a U.S. Congressional tour visiting flooded areas in the Po Valley region of Italy. They were distributing aid and trying to determine what part Americans could play in helping the area.
