Former President Harry S. Truman (right) shows three unidentified men the Buffalo Mantel exhibit at the Harry S. Truman Library. The painting, "At the Beach of Scheveningren" or Dutch Harbor, by Hendrik William Mesdag is above the mantel. Both the mantel and the painting are in the museum collection of the Truman Library.
