Former President Harry S. Truman chats with Colonel John A. Riffle in the parking lot at the Truman Library awaiting the release of thousands of balloons advertising the 10th Anniversary of Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base. The photo was autographed (copy) at a later date as follows: "To Colonel John Riffle, Kindest regards, Harry S. Truman, 6-10-65." (See 82-10-1-4.) (Same as 70-2433 except for autograph and color) From: Col. John A. Riffle.
