Description
At the Harry S. Truman Library in Independence, Missouri, former President Harry S. Truman (right) shakes hands with an unidentified man. The occasion is the presentation of a plaque from the U.S. Air Force Academy to the former President which reads: "In grateful recognition of his consistent efforts to persuade the nation's youth to public service."
