Description

James F. Twohy (left) of Santa Clara, California, regent and lecturer in political science at the University of Santa Clara, turns over his post as national Catholic co-chairman of the National Conference of Christians and Jews in New York to Robert D. Murphy, former Undersecretary of State. Twohy, although retiring from the national post, will continue to serve as Catholic co-chairman emeritus.
