Truman is saying, "Let's put it in a museum so the citizens can have a look at it." Inscribed by Berryman, "To President Truman and Secretary Snyder with my heartiest thanks to them for doing something that I never expected to see while I lived - A miracle!" Published July 1, 1947 by the Washington Evening Star.
