President of Ecuador, Galo Plaza, and his family at Prospect House

President Galo Plaza, Mrs. Plaza, and the first family of Ecuador enjoy the garden of Prospect House. The Prospect House, built in 1788 and designed by William Thornton, architect of the United States Capital, served as the guest house during the White House renovation when President Harry S.
