Mr. Cady was a Research analyst, Office of Strategic Services, 1943-1945; United States Department of State Officer, 1945-1949, and Chief of the South Asian Section, Office of Near Eastern and African Affairs; and was a Foreign Service reservist to Consul General, Rangoon, 1945-1946. Mr. Babb was an aircraft pilot for Oklahoma State University, and, principally, for Dr. Henry Bennett, President of the State University and administrator (1951) of the Technical Cooperation Administration ("Point Four") in the U.
