President Harry S. Truman at Fort Jefferson. Fort Jefferson is in a chain of islands (the Dry Tortugas) 70 miles from Key West, a National Park Service site. The President heads the "chow line" followed by: Major General Harry Vaughan, David H. Stowe, and Brigadier General Wallace Graham. LCDR Leo V. Roberts is to the President's left.
