A group of unidentified guests enjoy the "Prelude to Taps" played by the 3rd Infantry Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps during the assembly to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the founding of the Women's Army Corps (WACs). The celebration was held at Fort Myer, Virginia.
