President Harry S. Truman at the monument to the "Heroes of Chapultepec" in Mexico

President Harry S. Truman and an unidentified man stand next to a wreath which Truman placed at the base of the monument to the "Heroes of Chapultepec" in memory of "Ninos Heroes," commemorating a dramatic incident in the Mexican-American war.
