Eden Fry Howard

Eden Fry Howard of Lamar, Missouri. Eden met President Harry S. Truman when he was in Bolivar, Missouri on July 5, 1948. She sent this photo to President Truman, and asked for a photo of him in return to commemorate meeting him. In her letter, she states that this photo was taken at her aunt's house.

Miss Jacqueline Fontaine and Patricia

Miss Jacqueline Fontaine of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Patricia pose in a photo with a heart that is inscribed "Faith Hope Charity." Handwriting on the back of the photo says, "To Our dear President Truman God Bless you and guide you Sister Morales." Miss Fontaine was a member of the Morale Builders in Milwaukee, and wrote to President Truman seeking a picture of him.
