Former President Harry S. Truman and Dr. Bert Maybee, right, hold Civil War Centennial Commission Honorary memberships presented today to Mr. and Mrs. Truman. The national memberships were presented by Dr. Maybee, Kansas City, President of the Missouri State Civil War Centennial Commission.
