Former President Harry S. Truman's 75th Birthday was marked by 66 parties held in cities across the country. Sixteen of them were linked by closed circuit TV from New York City, where Mr. Truman was. On the occasion of the 16th anniversary of the United States Air Force, former President Harry S.
