George L. Warren Receives Award From Vatican
George L. Warren, a long time principal adviser on refugees and displaced persons for the Department of State and for many years the United States Representative to ICEM (Intergovernmental Committee for European Migration) is shown on the right after just having received what is believed to be the Vatican's Order of the Golden Spur Award.
