Remarks at the Society of American Archivists annual meeting

Meeting of the SAA at the Truman Library from October 5 to Oct 7, 1961. The first portion of this tape is the program at 10 AM on Oct 7, 1961. President Truman's voice is heard for about 2 minutes as he welcomed the conference, however, his remarks were inadvertly copied over by the TV group in error. The final portion is a history of the historical collections at the University of MO.
