Students will study the treaty process as it relates to presidential power. There will be a review of the treaty process, the Treaty of Versailles, and the Fourteen Points.
News From the Camps: Journals/Diaries from Japanese Internees
Journals/diaries written by the students from the viewpoint of Japanese Americans sent to the internment camps during WWII that include multimedia and social media aspects. This is an individual activity that is researched based with technology aspects that uses primary and secondary resources.
By analyzing and conceptualizing the Treaty of Versailles and the major players in the peace process, students can begin to delve into the complexities of the underlying issues of the peace treaty.
