Major General Truman is Greeted at the Airport

After his 4th Infantry Division won top praise in "Exercise Dragon Head" maneuvers in North Carolina, Major General Louis W. Truman (far right) returned to Fort Lewis, Washington, where he was greeted by (L-R) Brigadier General William O.
