Description

President Harry S. Truman's address at the dedication of the Norfolk and Bull Shoals Dams, Arkansas. The President spoke at 11 a.m. In his opening words, he referred to Representative James W. Trimble, and Governor Sidney S. McMath, both of Arkansas. Later he referred to Lt. Gen. Lewis A. Pick, Chief of Engineers, United States Army.
