President Harry S. Truman's address at the Jefferson Day Dinner. The President spoke at 10:30 a.m. at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington. His opening words "Mr. Speaker" referred to Representative Sam Rayburn of Texas, Minority Leader in the Both Congress, who served as Speaker of the House of Representatives during the 76th, 77th, 78th, and 79th Congresses.3 discs.
