Secretary of State Dean Acheson today reported to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on the Big Four Meeting in Paris. In a two hour meeting with members of the Committee, the Secretary warned that the end of the cold war is not yet in sight. He further urged the early ratification of the North Atlantic Pact.
