Presidential Military Aide, Major General Harry H. Vaughan, was the star witness today before the Senate Committee investigating so-called "five percenters." General Vaughan told the committee he had given assistance to business concerns only as a matter of "extending aid whenever that could properly be done." From: Beth Gore.
