Description
Secretary of Agriculture Charles Brannan tells members of the House Agriculture Committee that the cost of his new farm program cannot be stated because it depends on too many "imponderables". He denied the assertion of some Republican members that the program is a scheme to regiment farmers and share-the-wealth. From: Beth Gore
