Former President Harry S. Truman wearing a vine around his neck is standing with an unidentified Marine General upon conclusion of ceremonies at the Marine Corps Air Station, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. From a series of 25 8 x 10 photos in a leather bound album showing the Truman's as honored guests in the review and commissioning ceremony of the first provisional Marine air-ground task force, commanded by Brigadier General James P. Riseley, USMC, at the Marine Corps Air Station, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.
