Description
Former President Harry S. Truman is laughing while being interviewed by reporters after a New York luncheon with officials of Harry S Truman Library, Inc. Reporters asked Mr. Truman about a recent statement by Senator Joseph McCarthy that he might invite the ex-president to testify in a new investigation of Soviet espionage. Truman told newsmen "What I could tell you, you wouldn't print. Therefore I say no comment." Same as 93-116, better print.
