This engraved silver tray commemorates the Sam Rayburn Testimonial Dinner held on April 16, 1955, at the National Guard Armory in Washington, D.C. The two-handled serving tray lists the program, and it features the signatures of Harry S. Truman; Braskamp, Bernard; Butler, Paul; Johnson, Lyndon B.; Kenney, W. John; McCormack, John W.; Roosevelt, Eleanor; Stevenson, Adlai. Photographer Vincent A. Finnigan is from Washington, D.C.
