Description
President Harry S. Truman tries on a "lucky" ten gallon hat presented to him at the White House by John Ben Shepperd (right) of Texas, President of the U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce. The donor said the hat had been rubbed with the left hind foot of a Texas jackrabbit. Photo is airbrushed. From: Houston Post.
