Portrait of Jules Moch that was used with his oral history interview. During the administration of Harry S. Truman, he was Minister of Public Works in the French Government, 1945-1947; Minister of the Interior and Vice-Prime Minister, 1947-1949, and in Bidault Cabinet, 1949-1950; and Minister of Defense, 1950-1951.
