Portrait of Russell L. Babb used in his oral history interview. Mr. Babb was an aircraft pilot for Oklahoma State University, and, principally, for Dr. Henry Bennett, President of the State University and administrator (1951) of the Technical Cooperation Administration ("Point Four") in the U. S. Department of State. Donor: Mr. Babb.
