Commander H. F. Wells, Commander of the USS Sarsfield (left), welcomes Admiral William Leahy (foreground, right) aboard for a cruise to the Dry Tortugas Islands. Also present is Admiral Robert Dennison (far right, between two sailors). They are members of President Harry S. Truman's vacation party in Key West, Florida. All others are unidentified.
