Description
President Harry S. Truman (standing) delivers an address during ceremonies at the National Archives dedicating a new shrine for the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. Also pictured are Chief Justice Fred Vinson (directly behind podium) and Wayne C. Grover, Archivist of the United States (second row, left, partly obscured). All others are unidentified.
